This Kaizen Foam insert is for the Milwaukee Packout small parts #48-22-8435 with cutout for the M12 Cutoff Tool 2522-20 and guard. No Tools or Packout's are included. Only Foam Insert

Fit:
• The tools and accessories are designed to have a snug fit when inserted into their designated pocket. Do to snug fit, most tools need to be placed in at angle as the foam will conform to the tools over time.
Material:
• 2-1/4" Thick Kaizen Foam
Assembly:
• No tools are required for assembly.

I am not affiliated with any of the companies that I have developed inserts for. The tools for each insert are test fitted throughout the development process and takes considerable amount of time. Have you struggled with cutting out your own Milwaukee tool profiles in Kaizen foam by hand? Don’t have the time or patience to do it or the time? Do you wish there was a better and cleaner way. Kaizen foam can be difficult and tedious to cut by hand. No matter how good you cut the profile, the pocket will always be rough because you are tearing out the foam and one mistake will leave you with a messy eye sore that will drive most of use crazy. As a result, I looked around to find a reasonable place to do small quantities of foam machining and was unsuccessful. Either they were to expensive or they did not do small quantities. This is why I started machining my own. I was not happy with the way the Kaizen foam inserts looked cutting it by hand. I have spent the last year profiling hundreds of Milwaukee tools, and add more every week. Completely custom layouts are available for most Milwaukee tools at very reasonable cost.
