***Please note if you plan on carrying the packout, I do recommend purchasing the lid attachment and foam. This will make sure your tools stay in place. Tools do fit secure, but I cannot guarantee they will stay in place with only the bottom insert, because there is a lot of space above the tool. Please reach out for any questions.

Have you struggled with cutting out your own Milwaukee tool profiles in Kaizen foam by hand? Don’t have the time or patience to do it or the time? Do you wish there was a better and cleaner way. Kaizen foam can be difficult and tedious to cut by hand. No matter how good you cut the profile, the pocket will always be rough because you are tearing out the foam and one mistake will leave you with a messy eye sore that will drive most of use crazy. This is why I started machining my own. I was not happy with the way the Kaizen foam inserts looked cutting it by hand.
